In 2023, I added a new chapter to my journey by becoming an author. My latest book, “The Future is Personal : Unlocking CRM for Young Minds” delves into business side of the CRM. Having had the privilege of working with India’s finest agencies and subsequently venturing into entrepreneurship, I founded a digital agency where I led a talented team of 18 designers, developers, and marketers. This two-year stint provided invaluable exposure to the end-to-end digital business cycle, shaping both my business acumen and technical expertise.
